• A handful of mint leaves,
  2cl MONIN PURE spearmint,
  4cl white rum
  3 lemon cubes,
  Sparkling water,
  Crushed ice or ice cubes,
  Pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes, stir and serve!
