More About Our Coffee:
 
This coffee is produced at the heart of Finca Colima, a farm located in the Central Valley. This is a historical Costa Rican production region because it is the oldest coffee producer. The coffee is grown under permanent and protective shade using environmentally-friendly methods. Its very rich volcanic soil ensures an excellent coffee quality, both intense and intricate. This privileged land, on the Pacific Coast, has well-defined dry and wet seasons. Its soils benefit from a good organic matter and texture, which produces well-balanced coffees with quite a chocolatey profile.
 
Finca Colima is a farm we would like to continue working with in coming years, to offer more microlots .
