Soluble coffee is dehydrated coffee that can be packaged in pots or sticks. The advantage of soluble coffee, you can enjoy your drink wherever you want.
Just add a little hot water and stir gently, your drink is ready! If you choose organic soluble coffee, you are also doing something for the planet.
How organic soluble coffee is made
This is the fastest and most economical method. Regarding the extraction of coffee, it is sprayed through a current of hot air.
On contact with it, the coffee dehydrates and naturally falls into the form of granules. All that remains is to package it in a pot or a stick.
By this process, the aromas will be better revealed. Initially, the preparation remains the same, making an excellent extraction from the coffee bean. Subsequently, the coffee is cooled and then frozen.
After the water is evaporated by sublimation, a light powder full of aroma remains. This process is more expensive to carry out, but the development of aromas is greater.
The recipe is simple, however, it requires following a few steps to make your drink perfect. Just pour between 5 to 10 grams of instant coffee in your cup and add 25 cl of water which must be simmering (especially not boiling) and stir gently. Wait a moment before tasting.
You can adjust the amount of water, but be careful not to pour too much water as this could affect the quality of the drink.
Instant coffee can also be used to make gourmet drinks with hot or frothed milk. You can make a latte macchiato or a Dalgona based on whipped sugar and water soluble coffee. A gourmet drink, ideal for hot summer days.
