Full Monkey - 1 KG - café en grain - Terres de café

Nous retrouvons tout le savoir-faire de Terres de café dans Full Monkey. Torréfié avec passion par le fondateur de la marque, Christophe Servell, mais avant tout par un talentueux torréfacteur, ce café 100 % arabica interpelle par son équilibre. Sourcé au sein de pays avec un héritage et un savoir-faire certain en matière de café, des arômes riches y sont ainsi développés en expresso ou en filtre. La grande variété d'arabica apporte à chaque niveau un réel plus : le grain du Brésil, du corps en tasse et de la sucrosité, le Moka d'Éthiopie une légère pointe d'acidité  et le Guatemala  de la gourmandise !

Méthodes préconisées : cafetière italienne, machine expresso et capsules rechargeables.

Terres de café a classé ses cafés en trois notes : 80+, 85+ et 88+. Ces scores n'ont pas été choisis au hasard, ils sont représentatifs de la qualité des cafés et attribués par la Specilaty Coffee Association of America. Une notation stricte, qui permet d'adopter un langage commun pour les acteurs de la filière et les amateurs. Elle se base à partir de plusieurs dégustations, où sont pris en compte des caractéristiques propres au café (odeur, arôme, arrière-goût, acidité, corps, harmonie, pureté...).

À l'arrivée, une note finale d'au moins 80/100 lui permet d'obtenir l'appellation de " café de spécialité ".
