This specialty coffee comes from a high-altitude terroir in South America, within a volcanic region renowned for the richness of its soils. Grown at 1,750 metres above sea level, it benefits from slow maturation, allowing complex aromas to fully develop.

This coffee is produced by El Vergel Estate, managed by the Bayter family, celebrated for their demanding and innovative approach.

Made from the Pink Bourbon variety, this coffee reveals its full potential thanks to a 6-day anaerobic co-fermentation carried out with water and dehydrated coconut. This meticulous processing method gives the cup a truly unique aromatic signature — both vibrant and beautifully balanced.
