MaxiCoffee is getting a fresh look, with a completely redesigned website and new features to make your day-to-day browsing easier.

The good news? Your favourite features aren’t going anywhere:
- Your order history is still accessible
- Your machine warranty terms remain unchanged
- All your personal details stay the same
- Your Coffee Match profile is still available in your account
- Your invoices remain accessible
How do I reset my password?
To continue enjoying the MaxiCoffee experience, you’ll need to reset your password.
This step is required before placing any new orders on MaxiCoffee.com.
You’ll only need to do it once, from 27/05 onwards.
- Click on this link: www.maxicoffee.com/password_forgotten
- Enter your usual email address
- Follow the instructions in the email to create your new password
I haven’t received the password reset email, what should I do?

My discount codes no longer work, what should I do?
No worries! We’ve created a brand-new code just for you. It has been sent to you by email.
