    Hello Dominique, I am taking note of your opinion today. As specified on the product description sheet, Cafés Richard Premium capsules are in fact only compatible with the Cafés Richard Ventura capsule machine, sorry if that was not clear. I inform you that, in accordance with our general conditions of sale, we do not normally take back food products. However, for commercial reasons, we accept to take back unopened packages. I invite you to return the package to the following address: Maxicoffee 25 rue de Galeben 33380 Mios Accompanied by the return form that I will send to you in another email. Upon receipt we will send you a purchase voucher.
