This blend combines two 100% organic Arabica coffees. The combination of the complex terroir of Honduras with the roundness of Brazil makes it a balanced and sweet blend in the cup.
The beans that make up this coffee were hand-picked after being grown in two cooperatives, the Santos farm and the Finca Liquidambar. The latter is a true pioneer in organic farming in Honduras and enjoys favourable conditions such as the climate. To illustrate its commitment to the environment, we can cite the actions it implements on a daily basis: waste is used as fertiliser and coffee pulp is composted.
