This speciality coffee is distinguished by its finesse and liveliness, which are ideally revealed using gentle brewing methods such as V60, AeroPress, Chemex or French press.

Treat yourself to a real coffee experience with this speciality coffee sourced directly from Honduras, grown with passion by Herly Urquia in Marcala, in the Montecillos region.

Nestled at an altitude of 1,595 metres, this 20-hectare farm is home to 38,000 coffee trees, mainly of the Catuai Rouge, Caturra and IHCAFE 90 varieties, grown in an environment rich in biodiversity, including a large population of hummingbirds.

This batch has been processed using the Yellow Honey method, a processing technique popular with small Honduran producers for bringing out the aromatic characteristics of the coffee while using very little water. Harvested between December and March, this 100% traceable coffee embodies the best of Honduran expertise.
