The La Manuela farm, located in the Ahuachapan region of El Salvador at an altitude of 1100m, grows these coffee beans from the Hybrid H1 variety. The producer has chosen a natural anaerobic fermentation process, an innovative technique which involves isolating the coffee in an oxygen-free environment. As well as speeding up the fermentation process, this method enhances the coffee's intrinsic aromas. This coffee lives up to the country's reputation for producing excellent speciality coffees.

This exceptional coffee, now one of the brand's flagship products, is a tribute to El Salvador, a land of prestigious coffees. Produced in extremely limited quantities of less than 270 kg, it embodies the excellence and expertise of this unique terroir.

It was magnified by the Italian brand 1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza, which obtained it at a ‘Cup of Excellence’ auction. An unmissable moment, during which the most prestigious coffees from each country are represented.
