Made from 100% Arabica multi-varietals (Castillo, Caturra and Red Bourbon) sourced from Brazil, Rwanda and South America, this coffee is grown at high altitude and processed through a combination of natural and anaerobic methods. Ingredients:

1 pack of Christmas Blend specialty coffee
2 scoops of salted caramel ice cream
Full-fat cream (minimum 30% fat)
Gingerbread Syrup
A few crumbled speculoos biscuits

Preparation:

Whip your cream and flavour it with the gingerbread syrup
Brew an espresso
Place two scoops of salted caramel ice cream at the bottom of your cup
Pour the hot espresso directly over the ice cream
