Organic Coffee Beans Crema - PERLE DE CAFÉ

A Light Chocolaty Organic Specialty Coffee
Perle de Café has brought together two certified organic Arabicas. This 100% Arabica coffee comes from the "Entre Sierra" association in Colombia and the Yungas region in Bolivia. The coffees that make up the Crema Bio recipe grow under shade, which protects the coffee trees from excessive heat. After harvesting, the coffees are washed, which involves removing the pulp from the cherry, and then dried in the sun. The coffee is then exported to Switzerland to be roasted by the Perle de Café teams.

Roasting reveals the coffee's aromas and lets you discover this richly flavoured terroir. When the coffee is extracted, you'll enjoy a lovely, long-lasting caramel-coloured crema. You'll discover aromatic notes of toast and milk chocolate, ideal as an espresso or filter coffee to accompany your breakfast.
