This 200g Echemo Lugat coffee beans is a rare micro-lot sourced from the high plateaux of Jimma, in western Ethiopia.

Grown between 1,920 and 2,050 m above sea level on rich volcanic soil, it is produced by Khalid Shifa, a committed local player who brings together the harvests of small Ethiopian organic farmers. The regional Heirloom variety is processed using a natural process, then slowly air-dried on traditional African raised beds for 15 to 20 days.

This specialty coffee, scored 87/100, fully expresses the richness of its terroir thanks to a tailor-made roast carried out in France by the teams at Lugat. The medium roast, fresh (less than 30 days old), enhances its aromas while preserving its delicacy.
