This coffee is perfect for espresso due to its medium roast makes it a balanced coffee as it gives it a generous body, powerful aromas and a round cup .
On the other hand, light-roasted coffees develop a distinct acidity and a more complex range of aromas in cup than medium-roasted coffees or dark-roasted coffees which develop a well-known bitter taste.

This coffee comes from the COCLA cooperative located in Cusco region in Quillabamba. Coffee trees are grown between 800 meters to 2000 meters above sea level close to the famous Machu Pichu ruins. This coffee is a blend of Arabica Typica, Caturra and Bourbon washed beans.
