How to prepare the perfect espresso with Winter Blend 2025 coffee?

Use 19g of ground coffee in to obtain 42g out, with an ideal extraction time of about 20 seconds at 93°C. You’ll achieve a dense crema, a pleasant initial flavour, and a rich finish with chocolatey notes.

On a bean-to-cup coffee machine, don’t hesitate to adjust the grind size and dosage to meet these parameters. To bring out the full aromatic richness of this seasonal blend, we recommend a fine grind, perfectly suited to espresso. These beans reveal thheir full potential as a short espresso, but also pair beautifully with milk for drinks such as a cappuccino or flat white.

The Winter Blend 2025 brings together 100% Arabica coffees grown at high altitude (900 to 1300 m), mainly from South America (Brazil) and Asia (India, Indonesia), featuring several varieties: Catuai, Red Caturra, and Cauvery.

Each origin expresses its character through its process: natural Brazilian contributes chocolatey sweetness and roundness, monsooned Indian beans offer a smooth, silky texture, and semi-washed Indonesian beans bring depth and balance with notes of candied fruit and roasted hazelnuts.

Custom-roasted in France, these coffees come together to create a harmonious and comforting cup, designed for the winter season.

Fancy an even more indulgent break? This limited-edition coffee is ideal for revisiting a timeless classic: the chocolate cappuccino.

Ingredients:

1 shot of Winter Blend espresso (30 ml)
150 ml of whole or plant-based milk
1 to 2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder or 15 g of melted dark chocolate

Preparation:

Heat the milk until just boiling, then stir in the cocoa powder or melted chocolate.
Pour the espresso into a preheated cup.
Top with the chocolate milk, keeping a light foam on the surface.
Serve immediately, ideally in a clear glass to appreciate the beautiful layers.
