Yellow Shot: Our New Dark Roast!

Daye Bensa grows these coffee beans from the Heirloom variety in the heart of Ethiopia's Sidamo region. Its plantations, located at an altitude of 1850 m, produce perfectly ripened coffee cherries containing beans loaded with complex sugars. Expect a coffee rich in flavour!

You won't want to miss the long-lasting, zesty crema and citrus notes that emerge when the espresso is extracted.

Tasting Yellow Shot begins with a citrus attack reminiscent of orange marmalade. The full-bodied taste also reveals hints of dark chocolate. On the finish, lemon zest is enhanced by hints of nutmeg. Yellow Shot is a Specialty Coffee rated 84/100.

Discover A Crème Brûlée Style Espresso

There's nothing better than topping your coffee with a creamy milk foam and a few sprinkles of brown sugar. To achieve this, follow the recipe below...

Ingredients :

- Espresso made with Yellow Shot coffee beans
- Whole or semi-skimmed milk
- 25cl Pylano glass
- A milk frother or steam wand for an espresso machine
- a blowtorch
- Brown sugar

1- Prepare a milk foam with a milk frother or steam wand.

2- Brew an espresso into a Pylano glass

3- Using a coffee spoon, remove the milk foam and pour over the espresso.

4- Sprinkle brown sugar over the espresso

5- Toast the sugar with a blowtorch.
