A local coffee grown in the heart of Jinotega, Nicaragua

This specialty coffee is grown in the Datanlí El Diablo nature reserve, in northern Nicaragua, in the mountainous region of Jinotega. The altitude (1280 m), frequent fog, and clay soils promote a slow ripening of the cherries and develop a great aromatic richness.

The batch is produced by Ricardo Cuadra Fajardo on the Los Altiplanos de Datanlí farm. Heir to a long coffee-growing tradition, he works with an approach focused on precision and respect for the terroir to obtain expressive and balanced coffees.

The Pacamara variety, known for its strong aromatic potential, is fully expressed here thanks to a natural process and slow drying on African beds. This method intensifies the fruity notes while maintaining a beautiful structure and natural sweetness.

With its vibrant profile between red fruits and chocolaty indulgence, this coffee will appeal to lovers of grand cru coffees and carefully crafted terroir coffees.
