Perfectly balanced and persistent in the mouth. As good as coffee in a Naples bar, with its intense flavour and lingering crema: espresso is the best of coffees, the most authentic interpretation of a purely Neapolitan art.

The full,  smooth body is characterised by a hint of toast, with a slightly acidic note. The aroma recalls the sensation of toast with predominantly chocolate notes.
