Traditional Coffee: These are the most widespread coffees in the various distribution channels in France, both private and professional.
Superior Coffee: These are coffees that contain no more than 20% Robusta, whose country of origin we know and/or which have a label (organic farming, fair trade, etc.)
The higher the rating, the more surprising your coffee tasting experience will be.
Pure Origin Ground Coffee from Ethiopia
There's no better way to start your coffee discovery than with a pure origin Italian coffee like Ethiopia Harenna Forest Wild.
Originating in Ethiopia, in the Harenna forests in the south of the country to be precise, the beans are pure origin and exclusively Arabica. They give this coffee the complexity and balanced flavour so characteristic of Ethiopian coffees.
The Italian brand Corsini's roasting expertise is an asset to this product: by opting for a dark roast, it has given it a strong flavour while preserving its aromas. This ground coffee is perfect for making espresso using manual espresso machines , for example.
In the cup, you'll get a powerful, fresh attack, rather acidic thanks to the presence of citrus fruit. Herbaceous notes reminiscent of fresh flowers then predominate on the palate.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
