Ingredients: 67% white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, salt), 30% caramel powder (skimmed milk powder, whey powder (milk), sugar, milk fat, natural vanilla flavouring), caramelised sugar (3%).

Tips to Enjoy This White Chocolate

Hot: Grab your best cup and place the Van Houten ground chocolate (35g) on top. Then pour 200 ml of hot milk (70°C) over it and gently stir to finish. All that's left to do is sit back and enjoy.

Cold: In a blender, mix the Van Houten Gold ground chocolate (35g) with 50 ml of hot milk (70°C) until you obtain an emulsion. Next, pour in the rest of the milk (75 cl) and an espresso, then blend everything together. For the final step, pour the drink into a glass filled with ice cubes and enjoy.
