Specialty Coffee : Among the best coffees in the world, from a terroir with a history and traceability. They represent less than 10% of the world's production and are assessed by professional tasters. These are flawless coffees that offer us unique tasting notes.
Exceptional Coffee : They reflect their terroir by guaranteeing a fairer supply chain, better traceability and an exceptional cup. With a score of over 80/100, these coffees are the gateway to specialty coffee.
Each coffee is unique! Its terroir and specificities give it its identity.

Discover a coffee appreciated by many customers, the Expresso 18/19 from Mokxa.
And it has what it takes to please with its exclusively Arabica composition which comes from Brazil, from the Cocarive farm in the Mantiqueira de Minas region. The result is unsurprisingly creamy and revolves around gourmand, woody and nutty notes with aromas of cocoa beans and caramel.
It is a coffee that can be drunk as an espresso with a manual or automatic machine. It is also suitable for extraction with an Italian or piston coffee maker.000

If we had to sum up Mokxa's philosophy it would be Selection, Roasting and Seasonality!
Founded in 2011 on the initiative of passionate people, Mokxa remains a French company based in Strasbourg and Lyon, but it is also active in Europe through the hotel and restaurant industry. The value chain is what concerns it and indeed, the selection and control from the cherry to the cup of all its coffees are ensured to guarantee a quality coffee in the cup. Its roasting is based on freshness, which is why everything is roasted on demand. Finally, the seasonal nature of the range means that it varies throughout the year.
Discover our Coffee beans page where you will find Mokxa coffee beans.
Since 2011, with a team of passionate people based in Strasbourg and Lyon, Mokxa works today in France and in Europe, with coffee shops, restaurants and hotels. The team of Café Mokxa brings a particular requirement to the selection of the beans with our importers or directly with the producers. All the coffees, 100% Arabica, are from sustainable or organic farming. Because coffee is an agricultural product, which is defined by climate, soil type, shade, botanical variety and altitude, their range varies throughout the year according to seasonality. Café Mokxa only works with local coffees, from current harvests, and having received a tasting score higher than 84/100.
