Ingredients list: Wheat flour – sultanas (14.5%) – butter (milk) – sugar – candied orange peel (9%) (orange peel – glucose-fructose syrup – sugar – acidifier: citric acid) – farm fresh egg yolk – natural yeast (wheat flour – water) – honey – emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids – salt – whole milk powder – natural flavourings – natural vanilla flavouring. May contain soya, mustard, lupin and nuts.
