Compared with other milk chocolates, VH2 contains a high percentage of the best Belgian cocoa - 34%. This gives it a thick consistency.
Ingredients: chocolate powder (59%) (sugar, cocoa 34%), skimmed milk powder, anti-caking agent (E341), salt, flavouring.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
