Matcha tea is a true treasure for your well-being. It is rich in catechins (powerful antioxidants) and offers antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties. Here, it is paired with a natural source of vitamin C: yuzu lemon. This unique citrus fruit (somewhere between lime and grapefruit) is an excellent ally for supporting the immune system. How To Enjoy Your Organic Yuzu Matcha Tea
This matcha can be enjoyed in many ways: as a traditional matcha, a matcha latte, an iced latte, or even as the star ingredient in your smoothies, bakes, and desserts.
For a traditional preparation, use 1g of matcha (about one level teaspoon) in a bowl and whisk for a few seconds with a chasen in 70 ml of water ideally at 70°C. For a latte version, simply add the milk of your choice.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
