Our Tips For Preparing Your Matcha Genmai Green Tea
As with other matchas from Anatae, you can prepare your matcha genmai in the traditional way (with water, as in Japan), or enjoy it as a latte (hot or iced).
For a traditional preparation, we recommend adding 1g of matcha to a bowl, then pouring water ideally between 70 and 75°C before whisking with your chasen until a fine foam forms on the surface. For a latte version, simply add your favourite milk.
