Ceremonial matcha is of exceptional quality, offering remarkable finesse and no bitterness (the higher the quality of matcha, the smoother and less bitter it will taste in the cup).
Enjoying matcha tea provides a natural daily boost along with a soothing moment of well-being. It can be prepared in the traditional way (use around 1g of matcha per bowl with water ideally at 75°C), or enjoyed as a delicious latte.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
