The consensual and organic specialty coffee

This blend combines two 100% organic Arabica coffees. The combination of the complex terroir of Honduras with the roundness of Brazil makes it a balanced and sweet blend in the cup.

The beans that make up this coffee were hand-picked after being grown in two cooperatives, the Santos farm and the Finca Liquidambar. The latter is a true pioneer in organic farming in Honduras and enjoys favourable conditions such as the climate. To illustrate its commitment to the environment, we can cite the actions it implements on a daily basis: waste is used as fertiliser and coffee pulp is composted.

A classic if you are a fan of ‘Italian’ coffee, you will find the intensity and crema of Italian espressos. It is also appreciated for its body and low acidity.
