The all-round, organic speciality coffee to be enjoyed at will
This blend brings together two 100% Arabica organic coffees. The combination of the rich and complex terroir of Honduras with the sweetness of Brazil results in a harmonious blend that is both balanced and slightly sweet on the palate.
The beans used in this coffee are harvested by hand from two cooperatives: Santos Farm and Finca Liquidambar. The latter is a true pioneer of organic farming in Honduras, benefiting from a favourable climate. Its ecological commitment is reflected in daily practices such as the use of waste as fertiliser and the composting of coffee pulp.
Ideal for lovers of Italian-style coffee, this blend offers the intensity and crema typical of Italian espressos, while being appreciated for its body and low acidity. The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
