Blonde Espresso Roast is the brand's mildest coffee, and is also described as rich and reassuring. It is rich because of its sweet notes, especially when combined with milk. And it's comforting, because it's made from 100% Arabica coffees, with no bitterness or creaminess. This coffee is particularly ideal at the end of the afternoon, thanks to its smooth taste.
Single Origin Colombia is a 100% pure Arabica coffee beans, but you'll find a balanced taste in the cup, both mild and rich thanks to its aromas. Single Origin Colombia coffee has been sourced from the heart of the Colombian Andes. It has benefited from advantageous growing conditions at altitude and in the mountains. This coffee has been sourced from a single plantation in Colombia, making it particularly traceable. You'll love its pretty amber colour, which reveals its sweetness when you taste it. You'll also discover discreet fruity flavours and, on the other hand, more pronounced hazelnut notes.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
