Traditional Coffee: These are the most widespread coffees in the various distribution channels in France, both private and professional.
Superior Coffee: These are coffees that contain no more than 20% Robusta, whose country of origin we know and/or which have a label (organic farming, fair trade, etc.)
The higher the rating, the more surprising your coffee tasting experience will be.

These coffee beans 1kg are also Rainforest Alliance-labelled, guaranteeing the traceability and transparency of this product, to ensure greater sustainability in the sector.
To extract your espresso, you need 21g of freshly ground coffee in the filter of your portafilter and an extraction time of between 27 and 29 seconds.
This is the sine qua non for a well-extracted espresso, as appetising visually, with itspretty camel colour and persistent crema, as it is in taste, with rich, spicy dominant notes. Comforting notes of dark chocolate, hazelnuts andspices can be found throughout the tasting of this top-quality coffee.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
