Discover Terra Etica's Earl Grey rooibos recipe. This drink contains branches and stems of rooibos picked by hand to select the best parts. Once harvested, the branches are dried and then flavoured with orange and bergamot notes to give the flavour of Earl Grey. The difference with a classic Earl Grey is that instead of black tea, Terra Etica's recipe is based on rooibos, which initially gives a coppery colour and round, honeyed notes.

The advantage of rooibos is that it contains no caffeine, so it can be enjoyed at any time of day, and children can enjoy it too. The steps involved in preparing it are just as important. For one teabag, you can brew 20 cl of water, heat the water to 90° Celsius and immerse your teabag for 4 to 5 minutes.
