An Eco-Friendly Lever Espresso Machine with a Comprehensive Package
The ROK Espresso GC is a completely manual espresso machine.
ROK has improved the Espresso GC over the years and guarantees the durability of the metal parts for 10 years.
This robust machine is made of cast aluminum, steel, and composite glass, with the body and arms hand-polished.
The ROK Espresso GC Explorer Edition contains everything you need to make a great coffee, including milk-based drinks.
This package includes:
- A ROK Espresso GC Lever Machine
- A 50mm portafilter with a single filter that can hold between 15 and 20g of ground coffee, with a spout. This type of filter requires the use of an appropriate espresso grinder
- A double spout to attach to the standard portafilter spout, allowing you to dispense two cups of coffee (made of ABS).
- A bottomless portafilter, allowing you to appreciate the visual of your coffee extraction.
- A SmartShot filter: this pressurised filter allows you to use any grind size, even if your coffee grinder is basic. The SmartShot technology ensures perfect extraction pressure for a crema-rich coffee every time. To be used with the standard portafilter.
- A manual milk frother that will help you achieve creamy foam effortlessly for your milk-based drinks.
- A dosing funnel to distribute ground coffee into the filter neatly.
- A dosing spoon, also used for tamping (made of ABS).

The ROK Espresso GC is equipped with a competition showerhead that ensures even water distribution in the filter (stainless steel with silicone gasket).
It comes with the following accessories:

ROK has developed a unique model in the world of the espresso. Operated manually, with no need for electricity, this brand has succeeded in reviving the ristretto coffee.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
Traditional Coffees (classic and superior) are the most common in the various distribution channels.
Specialty Coffees (rated 80-100) are among the best coffees in the world and represent less than 10% of world production. These are flawless coffees that offer unique tasting notes from one terroir (or even plot) to another.
Attributed by “Q Graders”, a coffee's /100 score is determined by the quality of the beans and the result in the cup. It is advisable to progressively move towards coffees with higher scores.
