This blend of Arabica and Robusta results from the careful selection and combination of coffee beans from several origins. In the cup, it delivers a beautifully balanced profile (a rare quality in Italian coffee), with indulgent notes of cocoa and toasted bread.

The roasting of Pellini coffee is carried out extremely slowly and at carefully controlled temperatures, depending on the type of bean being processed. This artisanal attention to detail is fully aligned with the brand’s Quality Project, designed to achieve outstanding results while respecting the raw material, without resorting to any forced techniques.
The beans are roasted evenly, from the inner core to the outer surface, using a gradual heating process. Roasting is carried out using hot air, ensuring the beans never come into contact with metal. A stream of air keeps the coffee suspended and gently moving throughout the process.
Cooling is also done using air. The beans are then left to rest in special silos for settling. Through a meticulous evaluation, twenty qualified judges compare the flavours and aromas of the coffee. By engaging all the senses—from aroma to visual appearance—each coffee undergoes rigorous quality control, and only with the judges’ approval is it deemed ready for distribution.
