Ingredients: organic wheat flour, butter, sugar, organic chocolate chips (10.50%), organic cocoa (5.1%), organic whole egg powder, raising agents (wheat starch, disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), salt. May contain traces of nuts, mustard and sesame. Ingredients in bold are intended for people with allergies or intolerances.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
