For a hot version, use around 2 teaspoons of powder and 200ml of milk. Heat the milk before adding the powder, then whisk until beautifully smooth.
For an iced version, use the same quantities. Start by mixing the powder with a splash of warm milk to blend in the spices, then add the remaining cold milk and finish with ice cubes.
