Traditional Coffee: These are the most widespread coffees in the various distribution channels in France, both private and professional.
Superior Coffee: These are coffees that contain no more than 20% Robusta, whose country of origin we know and/or which have a label (organic farming, fair trade, etc.)
The higher the rating, the more surprising your coffee tasting experience will be.
Arabica and Robusta Coffee Beans Bringing Together Three Different Continents
Enjoy a classic blend of different origins, all certified organic. In its 500g format, you'll enjoy the best coffee experience ever, thanks to its mild price and powerful flavours.
This Novell blend combines the distinct qualities of each of the countries that make it up:
It features South America, more specifically Peru, with a bean from the Cajamarca region, adding a characteristic harmony to the whole. The African beans, from the Djimmah region, reflect the richness of their terroir and add fruity red berries notes, particularly blackberry. Finally, the robust body of this coffee is attributed to beans from the Tamil Nadu region of India.
In the cup, this translates into an intense, harmonious cup, just as tasty as an espresso or a milky drink. Its predominant notes are pure cocoa and walnut, as well as blackberry. Its light acidity and intense body characterise this cup with its short, bitter finish.

Since its launch in1958by theSpanish coffee roaster, Ramon Novell Vivó, the Novell roasting factory has continued to develop by diversifying its activities. It now has a strong presence in the catering industry, with the sale and rental of coffee machines, and has also created a coffee shop franchise: Club del Cafè.
But Novell remains faithful to its first love: coffee roasting. Quality and know-how allow the company to offer a wide range of coffee beans and Nespresso compatible capsules.
