An organic specialty coffee grown in the highlands of Guatemala
Produced by the cooperative FEDECOVERA, this single-origin coffee is grown in the Cobán, Las Verapaces region, at altitudes between 1350 and 1500 meters. This preserved tropical environment allows for a slow maturation of the coffee cherries and promotes the development of a rich and balanced cup.
The coffee plants benefit from natural shade and exceptional biodiversity, contributing to a more sustainable cultivation and remarkable aromatic quality. Committed to a responsible approach, the cooperative also uses coffee pulp as a natural fertilizer to reduce the environmental impact of the crops.
Packaged here in a 1 kg format, this whole bean coffee is ideal for specialty coffee lovers seeking freshness and consistency on a daily basis.
A gourmet cup with rich, fruity notes
The medium+ roast by Café Mokxa reveals a round and expressive cup, dominated by notes of cocoa, roasted almonds, and brown sugar. A slight zesty touch of citrus brings freshness and liveliness to the finish.
Made from several varieties and processed using the washed method, this specialty coffee rated 84/100 offers an ideal balance between indulgence and aromatic finesse.
Its generous 1 kg size is perfect for regular consumption, whether as an espresso or with a gentle brewing method.

Since 2011, with a team of passionate people based in Strasbourg and Lyon, Mokxa works today in France and in Europe, with coffee shops, restaurants and hotels. The team of Café Mokxa brings a particular requirement to the selection of the beans with our importers or directly with the producers. All the coffees, 100% Arabica, are from sustainable or organic farming. Because coffee is an agricultural product, which is defined by climate, soil type, shade, botanical variety and altitude, their range varies throughout the year according to seasonality. Café Mokxa only works with local coffees, from current harvests, and having received a tasting score higher than 84/100.
