This high-altitude terroir, ideally located between 2,250 and 2,280 metres, offers perfect conditions for growing exceptional Arabica, developing elegant and vibrant aromatic profiles.

Sourced from local varieties typical of the region, this coffee is carefully harvested by passionate producers and processed to preserve the full richness of the bean. The Lugat roasting team has chosen a light roast, carried out in France to respect and highlight the coffee’s unique aromatic identity as a pure origin.
