A Floral and Fruity Coffee Blend

This coffee is a specialty coffee from a medium roast that develops a generous body, delicate aromas and a rounded mouthfeel. A slightly lively and acidic first impression on the palate gives way to increasing sweetness, leaving an almost pastry-like mouthfeel.

Discover a blend of 3 origins: South America, Ethiopia and Guatemala.

First of all, South America, with a washed coffee offering very delicate notes of jasmine but a very light body.

This is where Ethiopia comes in, with a washed coffee from the Sidama region produced by Daye Bensa, an extraordinary cooperative that Lugat has been working with since 2015. Thanks to the washed process, this coffee will enhance the body of the cup while retaining its floral character with a hint of candied lemon.

To make the cup smoother, the Lugat roasters use Guatemalan coffee from the Huehuetenango region processed by Mr Renardo Vides, who has been working with them since 2015: it adds deliciousness to this blend.

What's more, the expert roasters have worked on the medium roast to control the acidic side of this blend while revealing all the sweetness and indulgence.

All the coffees in this blend come from long-standing partners whose expertise is wonderfully enhanced.

Do you love coffee? There's no need to deprive yourself of it on hot summer days. Here's a summer recipe created by our experts with Sakura Blend, a coffee that's perfect drunk cold brew or as a cocktail.

You'll need :

• 1 long coffee (60ml)
• ¼ squeezed lime
• 1 to 2 cl elderflower syrup

Step by step:

1. Pour everything into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously for a few seconds
2. Filter your coffee and pour into a tall glass filled with ice
3. Top up with lemonade
4. Add lime slices for decoration
