These Black Forest coffee beans are a 100% Arabica blend from Brazil and Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of between 750 and 1150 metres. They are composed of Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuaí and Obata varieties and benefit from a natural process that enhances their aromatic profile. Carefully assembled and roasted in France by Lugat roasters, it reveals a veritable explosion of aromas in the cup: enjoy rich and fruity notes of roasted hazelnut and cocoa, enhanced by a fruity touch of plum, for a full-bodied espresso. This coffee opens with a smooth, cocoa-like attack, supported by a full body and delicious notes of toasted hazelnut. The finish reveals a subtle fruity touch, reminiscent of plum, adding a refined and elegant complexity to the cup.

Lionel and his team of roasters created this 100% Arabica blend, combining coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia, grown at altitudes between 750 and 1150 metres. It features varieties such as Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuai and Obata. Produced using a natural process, this coffee develops a beautiful sweetness, perfectly balanced by a light acidity that brings liveliness and clarity to the cup.

The medium+ roast sits between Lugat’s traditional medium roast and a darker roast. Slightly more developed than a medium roast, it enhances roundness and body while preserving the freshness and terroir of the coffee. This medium+ roast is ideal for coffee enthusiasts who want to discover the richness of speciality coffee without compromising balance or indulgence.
