A Sweet Rooibos Perfect for a Cozy Moment
Rooibos has the particularity of retaining its sweetness, so there is no bitterness or astringency when it is herbal tea. This drink is suitable for children, as it contains no theine. You can enjoy it throughout the day. Comptoir Français du Thé has created a rich recipe flavoured with salted butter caramel. For a snack, you can accompany it with a hazelnut or chocolate biscuit, which goes perfectly with the gourmet flavour of the salted butter caramel.
The rooibos African salted butter caramel is prepared in water at 95°C. If you don't have a kettle with adjustable temperature, you can heat the water to 100°C and wait a few minutes before infusing your rooibos. Alternatively, you can infuse 2 grams of the preparation in 20 cl of water for 5 minutes.
Ingredients : Rooibos, natural flavourings, apple pieces, caramel pieces, sugar butterflies.
