This little item is an extremely useful tool for preserving the crema on your espresso shots by bringing your cup closer to the machine.

Your espresso cups, which are sometimes too far away from the spouts of the portafilter, will gain 3.1 cm in height and, in fact, eliminate the bubbles that can break the crema.
