Lavazza Intenso's unique blend, with its spicy aromas, is also ideal for preparing with milk, transforming your cappuccino or latte into a rich, flavoursome experience. The appearance of this coffee is equally seductive, with a light golden crema that lingers for a long time, completely covering your coffee for around 120 seconds.
In terms of aromatic profile, this coffee is persistent and spicy, with distinct cocoa and dried fruits notes. The medium roast ensures a perfect balance between intensity and sweetness, releasing the coffee's best aromas through a slow extraction of 20 to 27 seconds, at an optimum temperature of between 90 and 96°C.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
