LaGrange Le Cinq Coffee Beans
Discover the coffee that enabled Vincent Ballot to become the first Meilleur Ouvrier de France in the field of coffee roasting.
The name of this coffee, Le Cinq, was not chosen by chance. Vincent Ballot wore this number at the moment of his consecration. He became the very first roaster to be awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France thanks to these exceptional coffee beans.
This coffee is born from a careful blend of several coffee beans, all meticulously selected from Peru, Honduras, Ethiopia and Indonesia. They are grown in full respect of organic farming practices and are certified organic. The French roaster has respected precise roasting times for each coffee according to its level of fermentation, blending them only after roasting.
In The Cup:
This is a coffee of remarkable finesse, an unrivalled premium coffee beans. It opens with a rich cocoa-forward attack before unfolding into vibrant fruity notes. Spicy and gently tangy accents then intertwine, extending the pleasure of every coffee break.
Best enjoyed with a gentle brewing method, such as a Chemex, to reveal a true nectar of elegance and finesse.
