This rooibos with apple, coffee and cocoa is packed in an airtight bag containing 10 individual sachets. Nina Métayer's incredible recipe Délicatesse Rooibos et café is now available in an iced version! Enjoy rooibos flavoured with Ethiopian mocha (Heirloom variety, from the Yirgacheffe region), cocoa and apple.

This iced rooibos from Comptoir français du thé comes in a teabag. This airtight bag contains 10 individual rooibos sachets. Each bag of rooibos makes one litre of iced drink.

It's easy to make your own iced rooibos: infuse your sachet in a litre of water (ideally at 95°C) for about five minutes. Remove the sachet and chill your rooibos in the fridge overnight. Serve with or without an ice cube in a beautiful glass for your viewing pleasure!
