Brew a Wonderful Christmas Tree With this Unique Blooming Tea!
Here's a new way to celebrate Christmas with a blooming tea! The Horae brand, which specialises in creating herbal tea bouquets, is getting in on the Christmas flavour with these Christmas tree-shaped bouquets. These bouquets are perfect for yourself, as gifts or for entertaining family and friends. In a cup, you'll enjoy the great tastes of winter (orange, spices, pine, etc). Here's how to prepare your blooming tea with this bunch of flowers in the shape of a fir tree:
- Bring 50 cl to 1 L of water to the boil (the amount of water depends on how strong you want your tea).
- Immerse your bouquet in the water for 10 to 15 minutes. For your viewing pleasure, choose a clear teapot.
- Watch the tree transform before your eyes. The visual effect will be a success!
- Enjoy your herbal tea and have a wonderful Christmas.
This bouquet contains the following ingredients: Mallow leaf* (Malva sylvestris), orange* (Citrus sinensis), marigold flower* (Calendula officinalis), yarrow inflorescence* (Achillea millefolium), barberry fruit* (Berberis vulgaris), cloves* (Syzygium aromaticum), cinnamon stick* (Cinnamomum verum), pine needles* (Pinus sylvestris). *Ingredients from certified organic farming.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.

Attributed by “Q Graders”, a coffee's /100 score is determined by the quality of the beans and the result in the cup. It is advisable to progressively move towards coffees with higher scores.
