An organic coffee with aromas of toasted bread, caramel and black cherry. With a medium+ roast and an intensity of 5/10, it delivers a smooth, indulgent cup, enhanced by a subtle, slightly woody finish.
- Organic Coffee Beans Monte Verde:
An indulgent, spicy coffee with cocoa notes. Its dark roast and intensity of 7/10 reveal a smooth cup, a full-bodied texture and a long, gentle finish. This coffee is also Fairtrade certified.

A delicate and indulgent coffee with spicy aromas and yellow fruit notes, complemented by hints of toasted bread, caramel and candied orange. Its medium+ roast and intensity of 5/10 produce a subtle cup with a slightly woody finish. Awarded Best Organic Product 2026 (rated 17.52/20)*. *Based on a panel of 100 testers with an affinity for the product, who awarded a score of 16/20 or higher on criteria such as taste, aroma, effectiveness, packaging and texture, depending on the nature of the product.
- Organic Decaffeinated Coffee Beans Moonlight:
Water-decaffeinated coffee, solvent-free, smooth and subtle, with gently spicy and biscuit-like aromas. With an intensity of 3/10 and a medium+ roast (6/10), it offers a delicate cup with lightly spiced notes and a delicious biscuit-like finish.
- Organic Coffee Beans Moka Baraka:
A coffee with yellow fruit aromas and indulgent notes. Featuring a medium+ roast (6/10) and an intensity rated 4/10, expect a round, chocolatey cup, lifted by citrus fruit touches and a floral finish.

Each terroir is carefully worked to find the ideal recipe. These coffees from responsible & committed farming will satisfy coffee lovers who want to indulge with a clear conscience.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
Traditional Coffees (classic and superior) are the most common in the various distribution channels.
Specialty Coffees (rated 80-100) are among the best coffees in the world and represent less than 10% of world production. These are flawless coffees that offer unique tasting notes from one terroir (or even plot) to another.
Attributed by “Q Graders”, a coffee's /100 score is determined by the quality of the beans and the result in the cup. It is advisable to progressively move towards coffees with higher scores.
