Goppion Dolce is a blend of 90% Arabica from Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala and Honduras and 10% Robusta from Indonesia. The result in the cup is a balanced, velvety coffee with a slight acidity. It leaves notes of cocoa, nuts and toast on the finish.
All Goppion coffees are roasted by hand in Italy in a modern roasting plant owned by the family business Goppion Caffe. The coffees are roasted using the traditional slow roasting method (as opposed to the industrial method).
The coffee beans are roasted separately (depending on the variety) in order to guarantee the highest quality.
