This Espresso decaffeinated Goppion Miscela coffee beans has been decaffeinated according to ISO 9002 certification.  Perfect for an espresso. 

All Goppion coffees are roasted by hand in Italy in a modern roasting plant owned by the family business Goppion Caffe . The coffees are roasted using the traditional slow roasting method (as opposed to the industrial method). 

The coffee beans are roasted separately (depending on the variety) in order to guarantee the highest quality. An "optical bi-chromatic" selection is carried out, allowing each bean to be analysed. Those that are fermented or under-ripe are ejected so as not to contaminate the blend. 

Goppion coffees are tasted before they are marketed: this is a guarantee of quality!
