Ingredients Panettone: wheat flour, candied chestnuts 17% (chestnuts, sugar, glucose syrup, natural vanilla flavouring), butter (milk), sugar, free-range class A egg yolk 8%, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), whole milk 3%, chestnut paste 1% (chestnuts, sugar, vanilla flavouring), sugar syrup, salt, honey, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt extract, natural flavouring, natural bourbon vanilla flavouring.
Ingredients icing 12%: sugar, free-range class A egg white, 9% Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts, rice flour, rice starch, icing sugar (sugar, wheat starch), sunflower oil, natural flavourings. Decoration: sugar beans 5% and whole almonds 3%. May contain traces of nuts, mustard and soya. Origin of ingredients: EU and non-EU.
